Who is responsible
Legado is a software project developed and sold by an individual based in the Republic of Panama.

What data is collected and why
This website and the Legado app follow a straightforward data policy:
- Email address (direct contact): if you write to us directly, we use your email address solely to reply to you. It is not stored in any external system or used for any other purpose.
- Email address (update list): if you voluntarily subscribe to Legado news through the form on this website, your address is stored with Loops (loops.so), the service we use to manage this list. Your consent is explicit, freely given, and independent of the app download. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email, or by writing to [email protected]. Loops acts as a data processor; please review their privacy policy at loops.so.
- Payment data: handled entirely by LemonSqueezy, our payment processor. Legado does not store or have access to your card or banking details. Please review LemonSqueezy's privacy policy at lemonsqueezy.com.
- Collection data: Legado saves your collection to a local file on your computer. Legado has no servers of its own and does not send your data to any server we control. If you choose to store that file in a cloud-synced folder (iCloud, Dropbox, Google Drive, etc.), that sync is handled independently by those services and is subject to their own privacy policies.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use tracking cookies or analytics tools. Your browsing behavior is not tracked
and no information is shared with third parties for advertising purposes.
AI assistant
The AI assistant feature in the app requires your own Anthropic (Claude) or OpenAI API key.
When you use this feature, the data you submit (coin description or other fields you choose to share)
is processed according to Anthropic's or OpenAI's privacy policies respectively.
Legado acts as a technical intermediary and does not store these queries.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of any personal data we hold at any time by writing to
[email protected].
We will respond within 30 days.

If this policy changes in any meaningful way, we will update the revision date on this page.
