Our policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you run into any issue with the app, write to us at [email protected] and we'll do our best to resolve it before considering a refund.

When a refund applies

We accept refund requests in the following cases:

  • The app fails to install or launch on a compatible system (macOS Apple Silicon or Windows x64) and we have not been able to resolve the issue within a reasonable time.
  • The app has a critical bug that prevents basic use and no fix is available.
  • The request is made within 30 days of the purchase date.

When a refund does not apply

  • More than 30 days have passed since the purchase.
  • The device does not meet the minimum requirements (macOS Apple Silicon or Windows x64).
  • The reason is a change of mind after downloading and using the app.

How to request a refund

Send an email to [email protected] with the email address used for your purchase and a brief description of the issue. We will respond within 48 hours.

Approved refunds are processed through LemonSqueezy and returned via the original payment method.
